If you are looking for an executive coach that can help you reach your full potential, Tracy is that person. She has helped me build confidence in my own abilities, is great at brainstorming ideas, and gives great insights while providing alternative points of views. Tracy brings to the table exercises that help you put into words who you truly are and then she guides you with what to do with that information.
